NoCo Waterfowl 15-Day Return Policy

At NoCo Waterfowl, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

• Items may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and original packaging included.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for a return. this is at the sole discretion of NoCo Waterfowl. 

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at NoCoWaterfowl26@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as NoCo Waterfowl is not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

 

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at NoCoWaterfowl26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.
